Join us as a Bookkeeper and grow with us - a long-term role where you’ll manage AP, support financial closings, and work with international partners.

Why Join Us?

We're looking for a Bookkeeper to manage AP balances, handle invoice processing, conduct bank reconciliations, and oversee closing procedures.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of bookkeeping experience, familiarity with SAP ERP system (desirable), and excellent Excel skills. Proficiency in English is a must.

Key Responsibilities

Manage AP balances including processing vendor Invoices and payments
Perform bank reconciliations
Perform monthly, quarterly and annual closing procedures
Record intercompany transactions
Performing other duties and ad-hoc special projects

Qualifications

Accountant type 2 or 3
1-2 years of experience as a bookkeeper
Familiar with custom and import documents and invoice - an advantage
Experience in working with ERP systems - SAP an advantage
Proficient in Excel
Good level of professional English
