We are now looking for a Senior Researcher to join our global Generative AI Trust group within the Data and Security Research Lab.

As a Researcher in our Generative AI Trust Group, you'll play a key role in pioneering research that makes Generative AI safer, more trustworthy, and ready for real-world impact.

In this role, you will:

·      Lead and contribute to cutting-edge research and development projects in Generative AI trust and cybersecurity, focusing on securing generative models and AI agents.

·      Drive collaborative research initiatives with leading academic and industry partners, developing innovative solutions to address threats to Generative AI and machine learning systems.

·      Provide technical leadership and work closely with Fujitsu's global R&D teams to deliver advanced AI cybersecurity technologies. Your research will help shape industry best practices and be shared at top international conferences.

·      Mentor and support the next generation of researchers, guiding interns and junior team members as they grow their skills and careers.

Your experience

We’re looking for someone with:

§ M.Sc. or Ph.D. qualification in computer science or related field.

§ Proven experience of at least two years in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI, hands-on experience with Large Language Models and GenAI development.

§ Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and popular data science libraries and proven experience in adapting LLMs for business use cases and tasks such as LLM alignment, fine-tuning (advantage).

§ Good research track record and publications in top-tier conferences and journals (at least one publication in a top-tier conference like AAAI, ICLR, NeurIPS, ICML, EMNLP)

§ Experience in leading research collaboration projects with tangible outcomes.

§ Ability to propose research topics by exploring potential future business opportunities.

§ A passion for cyber security and AI security.

§ Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hebrew.

Preferred Skills:

§ Experience in offensive cyber security, particularly in API security, AI security, vulnerability assessment, and ethical hacking.

§ Experience with Agentic AI frameworks (like LangGraph, Crew.ai, etc.), environments, and protocols (MCP, A2A).

§ Knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to AI technologies, such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.

§ Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
