Marketing Coordinator - Part Time position

TopGum is seeking a dynamic, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our global marketing B2B team and support the company’s global marketing activities. This is a diverse and exciting role that blends responsibility, creativity, and cross-functional collaboration—both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the company’s CRM system on an ongoing basis.
• Support the launch of new products and global marketing campaigns.
• Assist in planning, organizing, and preparing for international trade shows and local marketing events.
• Coordinate information, manage tasks, and provide ongoing administrative support to the marketing team.
• Prepare marketing materials (presentations, product sheets, catalogs, etc.).
• Work closely with external marketing suppliers (graphic designers, printing houses, translators, etc.).
• Assist in sourcing and analyzing market research and data.
  
  

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office – especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Hebrew and English at native or high level (spoken, reading, and writing).
• Team player with flexibility, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proactive mindset, positive attitude, and strong self-learning abilities – a must!
• Graduate or student in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related fields, eager to develop expertise in global marketing within a B2B company.
