An opportunity to lead a team of developers, take part in complex Microservices-based projects, and implement innovative technologies such as AI and Vibe Coding in the development processes.

What we are looking for

• :Around 2 years of experience leading Backend development teams in complex Microservices-based project
• sStrong proficiency and experience in Java and Spring Boot – mandator
• yExperience in designing, developing, and maintaining REST APIs, as well as API desig
• nExperience working with both relational and non-relational database
• sExperience writing Technical Design & Specification documents and performing Code Review
• sFamiliarity with Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and CI/CD processe
• sAbility to motivate and empower team members, strong interpersonal skills, and desire to influence technological development direction
• sTechnological curiosity, fast self-learning, and ability to establish high-standard development methodologie
