Organic Content Creator & Community Marketer (Equity Incentive)

Part-time partner | Equity-based role (~15 hrs/week) | Remote | Best for freelancers/creators

Note: This is an equity incentive position. We’re looking for someone passionate about debates/dialogues, and understands social media virality + willing to contribute their skills in exchange for equity, like the rest of the founding team.

About MindSway

MindSway is the first debate platform built for virality. Our mission is to revolutionize online discourse by turning live debates into shareable content that spreads naturally across social platforms.

We’ve just launched our beta, collected strong feedback, and are preparing for our global launch. This is your chance to join early and shape how millions will debate online.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who can drive organic growth by creating viral social media content that sparks curiosity and directs audiences to MindSway.

It’s about harnessing the power of organic content, memes, debates, and cultural moments to grow our brand and community.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce short-form videos (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), memes, and debate-related posts that can go viral.
• Trendjacking: Spot cultural debates, trending topics, and viral memes, then quickly create MindSway-branded content around them.
• Community Presence: Actively participate in debate-related spaces (Reddit, Discord, TikTok, X), sharing content and sparking discussions.
• Traffic Generation: Use organic content to funnel engaged audiences directly to the MindSway platform.
• Brand Voice: Be one of the faces of MindSway online, representing our mission in content and community spaces.

What We're Looking For:

• Organic Virality Skills: You know how to create content that gets shared, not scrolled past.
• Social Media Native: Strong experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and memes.
• Debate/Politics/Meme Culture Enthusiast: You live in these spaces and understand how to connect with people there.
• Creator Mindset: Comfortable being on camera and/or making video content.
• Bonus: Previous experience as a content creator, debater, or active community voice in politics/dialogues.

Requirements

• 1+ years of content creation or social media marketing experience
• Fluent/native-level English.
• Track record of creating engaging posts, memes, or videos with measurable traction.
• Experience in community engagement or influencer outreach is a plus.
