Tasks

Perform visual inspection of parts.
Read and understand production instructions.
Verify the required quantity for kitting.
Compare marking with valve description.
Understand assembly procedures.
Assemble valves according to the procedure specified in the production instruction.
Transfer assembled valves to the testing room upon completion.
Sign the process report.

Responsibilities And Authority

Stop work in case of safety/environmental risk.
Quarantine batches with quality issues.
Reject up to 5 units per batch.
Approve batches for packaging.
Comply with safety and environmental quality procedures.

Qualifications

Visual qualification (eye exam).
Basic drawing reading – an advantage.
Ability to operate a computer during training.
Familiarity with products – via training program.
Familiarity with marking and assembly procedures – via training program.
