Project Planning and Control Engineer

We are looking for a Planning and Control Engineer to join the Military Aircraft Division technology plant.

The position includes:

• Planning and controlling projects using advanced global tools and methodologies.

• Establishing project work plans in MS Project and monitoring schedule adherence.

• Planning and controlling project scopes in SAP and flexible locally developed Excel tools tailored to planner and project needs.

• Forecasting project work hours for professional teams using dedicated software.

• Data analysis and performing advanced BI tool analytics combined with custom Excel systems.

• Working in a matrix organizational structure.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management – required.

• Strong mathematical thinking ability.

• Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel.

• Ability to work independently and learn quickly.
