We’re Hiring: AI-Savvy Business Economist with Strategic Insight!

You leverage AI and finance to uncover the business story behind them.

We are looking for a sharp, curious, and business-minded Business Economist – someone who combines financial expertise with hands-on use of AI tools to generate insights that shape strategy and profitability. You’ll work closely with the leadership of our Customer Division and act as a true partner in decision-making.

This isn’t a BI or dashboard-building role.

This is about thinking bigger: challenging assumptions, spotting opportunities, and turning data into clear business actions.

What You’ll Do

• Analyze profitability across activities, products, and marketing channels – showing where to invest and where to cut back.
• Use AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, GenAI platforms) to accelerate analysis and uncover patterns traditional methods might miss.
• Build financial models and forecasts that go beyond numbers – delivering strategic insights and growth recommendations.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities, and transform them into actionable business strategies.
• Serve as a sparring partner to leadership – a financial thinker with a strategic edge, not just a data analyst.

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of experience as a Business Economist, Business Analyst, or Product/Marketing Analyst with a strong financial foundation.
• Daily, practical use of GenAI tools for research, modeling, and analysis.
• Proven background in profitability analysis, financial forecasting, and strategic decision support.
• Advanced analytical skills: Excel, SQL, GA, BI platforms – combined with hands-on AI adoption.
• Strong business acumen – the ability to connect numbers to commercial impact.
• Excellent communication skills – translating data into clear, persuasive business recommendations.
