We're looking for a sharp, data-driven and creative Marketing Manager to lead strategic marketing efforts across multiple real estate products and business lines.

What You will be doing

• Own the end-to-end marketing strategy for real estate verticals, B2B and B2C
• Analyze supply & demand dynamics and drive growth for a high-scale marketplace
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, offline, CRM)
• Lead monetization, retention and customer engagement initiatives
• Develop user journeys, generate insights and optimize the customer experience
• Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align business goals
• Manage agencies, budgets, and performance metrics with full accountability
• Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and shape positioning & messaging
• Lead product marketing efforts by positioning, messaging, and promoting our products to the right audience, bridging product and marketing teams to ensure market fit, differentiation, and adoption, with a focus on driving demand, usage, and revenue

Your Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience
• Real estate experience - An advantage
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience with B2B and B2C clients and digital Product Marketing
• Strong communication and storytelling abilities, written and verbal
• Familiarity with UX, funnels, and CRM – big plus
• Degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
