Salesforce Developer

We are seeking an experienced and innovative Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic project-driven organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing custom Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Leverage Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein GPT, AI Search, Next Best Action, and Prompt Builder to automate processes and enhance user experiences.
• Develop high-quality components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow.
• Integrate Salesforce with external platforms and services using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with Administrators, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to ensure technical solutions align with business needs.
• Implement and manage CI/CD processes using Copado, supporting version control, deployments, and automated testing.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, debugging, and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
• Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

• At list 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in enterprise environments
• Proven experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Flow Builder
• Practical experience with Salesforce AI features (e.g., Einstein GPT, AI Search, Prompt Builder, prediction builder)
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model
• Hands-on experience with Copado or similar CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Jenkins)
• Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and web development best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs
• Proficiency with Salesforce DX, Git, Metadata API, and deployment methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant) are a plus
• Agile mindset, problem-solver, and team player with excellent communication skills
