Junior PMO

Orbit is looking for a Junior PMO (Program Manager Office) to join the program department.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing collaboration with programming, development teams and integration teams for project planning and monitoring - with one year of studies remaining.
• Preparing reports, analyzing data, and presenting findings.
• Working closely with Program Manager and all divisions.
• Implementing work processes in the programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, etc.) - MUST
• +2 years of experience as PMO in deface company or similar - MUST

Required Skills

• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to work and learn independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficiency in Excel (including advanced functions) and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project.
• High level of English.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI – an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Priority system – an advantage.
