Global leading semiconductor company developing Microcontrollers (MCUs), Processors, Analog Components, Power Solutions, and Connectivity products, primarily for Automotive, Industrial, Infrastructure, and IoT domains.
The role includes managing a Verification group of about 15 engineers (including team leaders), with responsibility for Verification of Connectivity chips (WiFi, BLE, SoC) using UVM. Responsibilities also include leading the development of the Verification Plan and working with cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality coverage.
The company is located in Ra’anana and offers a hybrid work model (two days from home per week).
Requirements-
- BSc / MSc in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in Digital Verification
- 10+ years of experience with UVM
- Proven experience as a Group Manager, including managing team leaders
- Experience with Gate-Level Simulations
- Knowledge and experience in Wireless Connectivity (e.g., WiFi, Bluetooth, Cellular) – an advantage
