UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer with hands-on experience in SAP UI5

to join our team and bring exceptional user experience to complex enterprise environments.

What you will do:

• Design and implement innovative UX concepts for internal and external products.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end design processes: research (user interviews, usability testing, analytics), requirements definition, customer journey building, concept development and specification writing.
• Define the overall UI/UX strategy, roadmap and best practices.
• Create user journey maps and storyboards in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Translate complex information into clear, intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support both internal and customer-facing design needs.

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Design or completion of a recognized UX/UI program.
• Proven experience (4+ years) in UX/UI design, preferably in closed/enterprise systems.
• Experience in UX/UI design in SAP UI5 environments is required.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Zeplin, InVision, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) - plus.
