Supply Chain Planner

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Planner to manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and production scheduling to ensure optimal product availability and supply chain efficiency. The ideal candidate will balance supply and demand, reduce excess inventory, and support seamless end-to-end supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and sales input.
• Create and maintain supply plans to ensure timely availability of materials and finished goods.
• Create MRP-based Purchase Orders.
• Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to align supply chain plans with business goals.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics (e.g., forecast accuracy, service levels, lead times) and identify improvement opportunities.
• Manage planning parameters in ERP/MRP systems, such as safety stock, reorder points, and lead times.
• Prepare weekly/monthly planning reports and lead S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes.
• Identify suppliers and production bottlenecks to resolve capacity constraints or material shortages.
• Participate in new product launch planning and end-of-life product phase-outs.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain planning and operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in supply chain planning, demand planning, and production planning.
• Proficiency in “Priority” ERP/MRP and Excel.
• Fluent English
