Role Description

The Production Engineer plays a critical role within the Production Engineering team, supporting all aspects of manufacturing with a strong focus on process optimization, quality, and efficiency. This role is responsible for leading engineering changes, troubleshooting production issues, and continuously improving production processes to ensure high-quality output and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or Plastics Engineering (or a related technical discipline).

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a complex manufacturing environment, with a strong preference for medical device industry experience.

Technical Expertise: Proven knowledge and practical experience, including process validation, documentation, root cause analysis, and cost improvement initiatives.

Language Skills: Proficient in English (written, verbal, and reading comprehension).

• Solid experience using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Proficiency in SolidWorks for design and documentation of production tools, fixtures, and assemblies.
• Fast learner with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively across teams.
