About the department:
The Business Performance department at Plarium is in charge of all the analytical aspects of our game operations and strategic planning: From game design, to user acquisition, player behavior, live-ops, and game optimization (such as monetization, retention, etc). We are looking for a Team Leader for our Marketing Analytics team. The scope of responsibility of this team includes budget allocation for user acquisition for our games at the scope of tens of million dollars per game, analysis of game profitability and long term potential, analysis of the players behavior, player game funnel and reaction to new game features and offers, and many more. Our goal is making sure Plarium brings the best and most relevant players to its games in the most efficient and effective way.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of marketing analysts dedicated to our largest game
- Manage and prioritize the team’s workload to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of analytical task
- Translate complex business and marketing questions into actionable analytical plans and guide execution end-to-end
- Partner closely with marketing managers, UA teams, and product teams to identify opportunities, define KPIs, and track the performance of campaigns, channels, and new features
- Oversee and contribute to the development of reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to monitor user acquisition, LTV, ROI, and other marketing KPIs
- Set, monitor and optimize company-wide marketing budgets based on advanced analytical models
- Maintain and monitor LTV forecasting models to track performance and set targets for specific multiple sectors
- Ensure testing methodologies (A/B, incrementality, etc.) are applied effectively and results are communicated clearly to stakeholders
- Identify data gaps or limitations and collaborate with BI/Data Engineering teams to address them
What we expect
- 2+ years of experience in leading analysts (formal or informal leadership roles)
- 4+ years of experience as a marketing analyst, with proven hands-on analytical skills
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, digital advertising channels, and campaign optimization
- Proficient in SQL and Excel; Python is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of marketing KPIs, user funnels, and behavioral segmentation
- Experience with data visualization tools such as QlikSense, Tableau, or similar
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience in testing methodologies
- Excellent communicator – able to translate data into actionable insights and present them effectively to different audiences
- Full professional fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, etc.)
