Software Engineering Team Lead

A leading global company providing large-scale disaggregated network solutions for service providers and AI infrastructure.

Based in Ra’anana, with a hybrid work model including one day from home.

The role involves building a team and hands-on development.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop, integrate, and maintain BSP components, including bootloaders (e.g., U-Boot), device trees, and hardware abstraction layers (HAL).
• Design and implement firmware and drivers for specialized network hardware (ASICs, NICs, SoCs, CPLDs, FPGAs).
• Support new hardware bring-up and board validation, collaborating with hardware engineers and integrators.
• Work on performance optimization, debugging, and system stability improvements on Embedded Linux platforms.
• Integrate with external SDKs and adapt them to the company’s software infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with networking and embedded computing standards and best practices.

Requirements-

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Electrical Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
• 8 years of experience in Embedded software development, preferably in networking or communications.
• Proficient in C/C++ for low-level system development.
• Proven experience with Embedded Linux, bootloaders, kernel configuration, and driver development.
• Familiarity with SoC architectures (e.g., ARM, MIPS) and board bring-up processes.
• Hands-on experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, JTAG, and logic analyzers
