Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Frontend Team Leader, based in Tel Aviv-Yafo. The Frontend Team Leader will manage and mentor a team of frontend developers, oversee the development of client-side applications, and ensure the implementation of best practices in coding and design. This role involves close collaboration with product managers and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences. Additionally, the Frontend Team Leader will be responsible for code review, technical guidance, and maintaining high standards for code quality and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, React, and other modern frontend frameworks
• Experience in leading teams, mentoring developers, and managing projects
• Excellent understanding of web technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles
• Proven ability to work with RESTful APIs and integrate them into web applications
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards technical challenges
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience in working within an Agile development environment is a plus
• Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and tools is beneficial
