Freelance On-Site Channel Manager (YouTube Operations & Growth)

Linguana partners with video creators to help them grow their global reach and revenue with zero effort and zero risk. We handle all aspects of localization, including translating, dubbing, building localized channels, and monetizing them. Our goal is to make international expansion effortless for content creators, allowing them to focus on what they do best.

We are looking for a freelance Channel Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. This isn’t a media agency-style content management—it’s about operations, automation, and scaling multiple YouTube channels into revenue-generating powerhouses. • Oversee and manage multiple YouTube channels, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and steady growth.
• Implement and optimize workflows related to dubbing, localization, and monetization.
• Use automation tools and AI-powered solutions to streamline content distribution and publishing.
• Design and maintain visual and brand consistency across all localized channels.
• Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and adapt strategies to optimize results.
  

• Freelance basis (Osek Patur or Osek Zair)
• Salary range: 12,000 NIS / Month
• Hybrid: while this is a freelance position, it is not 100% remote. You’ll be working on-site, 4 days a week at our vibrant offices located in the Tel Aviv Port - a beautiful, energetic setting that matches our fast-paced and creative environment - and 1 day from home.
  

• Tech-savvy mindset with enthusiasm for AI, automation, and operational efficiency.
• Exceptional organizational skills—you’ll handle multiple channels and workflows simultaneously.
• Basic graphic design fluency and experience with tools like Canva.
• Fluency in English (bonus points for additional languages, especially German).
