Responsibilities
- Lead a team of testing engineers
- Planning and Design tests
- Improve testing infrastructure
- Hands-on Testing Execution on Mechanical Components and complete
- Systems
- Bug Tracking and Reporting
- Quality Assurance
- Documentation
- Collaborate with multiple groups within the company: Development, system integration, and product
Qualifications
- BSc in mechanical engineering – or relevant degree
- At least 2 years of experience as team leader
- At least 2 years of experience in system testing (HW/SW) or quality assurance
- System Integration background - an advantage
- Technical writing background - an advantage
- Proactive problem-solver with strong critical thinking skills who can foresee risks, identify weak points, and prevent future failures.
- Excellent English
- Strong technical skills and a solid understanding of system architecture
- Team player and interpersonal skills
