Division Manager

A leading national infrastructure company is seeking an experienced Division Manager to lead one of the city’s Light Rail lines. The role includes responsibility for planning oversight, execution monitoring, managing consultants and contractors, and maintaining direct communication with government offices, infrastructure companies, and other key stakeholders. The position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a professional team in a complex, large-scale environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the operation and management of one of the city’s Light Rail lines.
• Oversee planning, monitoring, and control of infrastructure and transportation projects.
• Manage consultants, planners, project managers, subcontractors, and additional professional roles.
• Maintain ongoing collaboration with government ministries, infrastructure companies, and external bodies.
• Lead and develop a professional team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field (complex infrastructure such as railways, bridges, tunnels) OR a certified practical engineer (as per Israeli law).
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in managing planning and execution of civil engineering infrastructure projects (6 years required for certified practical engineers).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing teams of 5+ members.
