Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tax Manager located in Holon. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing tax reporting and compliance within an organization, ensuring timely and accurate filings, preparing tax returns, and coordinating audits. The role involves researching tax laws, implementing tax strategies, advising on tax planning, and liaising with tax authorities and auditors. The Tax Manager will also oversee the work of junior staff, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, and communicate with clients directly.

Qualifications

• Tax Reporting, Tax Compliance, and Tax Returns Preparation skills - CPA (USA) or EA
• Experience in tax return preparation for individuals, partnerships, and corporations is a must - at least 6 years
• Work experience in a small to mid-size tax firm is a must
• Ability to research tax laws
• Excellent communication and liaison skills with tax authorities and auditors
• Leadership skills to manage and oversee junior staff
• Proficiency in accounting software and tax preparation software - CCH is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification or EA certificate is a Must
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
