The company is a successful Israeli high-tech firm in the DevSecOps and MLOps space. It has developed a single platform that consolidates a variety of solutions for efficient, secure, and fast software development, providing a holistic solution to its clients. The platform includes tools for CI/CD optimization, security, IoT, and MLOps.
The company is located in Tel Aviv near a train station, operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days per week, and employs approximately 1,800 people globally across 11 sites, with the main R&D center in Israel. It serves over 7,500 clients, including Fortune 100 brands.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a new GenAI platform as part of the company’s AI/ML ecosystem
- Build backend services using Java and Microservices architecture
- Collaborate with a small team of 5 developers, reporting to the Head of R&D
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable systems
- Integrate AI Agents and LLM functionalities into the platform
- Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration across CI/CD, Security, IoT, and MLOps solutions
- Contribute to architectural decisions and implementation of best practices
Requirements:
- 5 years of development experience in Java, Scala, Clojure, or Kotlin – required
- Hands-on experience with Microservices – required
- Experience with Kubernetes – required
- Experience with Cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or similar) – required
- Experience with Python SDK – advantage
- Exposure to AI Agents and LLM – advantage
- Experience in MLOps – advantage
