As the company’s AI Leader, you’ll be a driving force behind that vision. You’ll lead the research, development, and implementation of AI-driven solutions that enhance our services, scale our insights, and create delightful, predictive experiences for our users. You’ll collaborate across the organization to turn abstract problems into working prototypes—and working prototypes into real value for our customers and company.

What You’ll Do

Lead Madlan’s Innovation Frontier:

Research, develop, and implement advanced solutions to solve challenges across the real estate journey—from smart discovery tools and predictive pricing to neighborhood livability models and customer personalization.

Design Meaningful Solutions:

Prototype and plan power-critical business applications, including automation, recommendation engines, customer insights, and predictive analytics.

Drive Strategic AI Impact:

Identify high-leverage AI opportunities in alignment with Madlan’s strategic goals. You’ll play a key role in improving operational efficiency and creating personalized, meaningful user experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with product managers, engineers, marketing, and business leaders to integrate AI into our platforms and customer-facing products.

Rapid Prototyping & Experimentation:

Build and test AI prototypes quickly to validate ideas. You’ll help us move from question to solution at startup speed.

Ethical AI Implementation:

Ensure AI development is conducted responsibly, in line with ethical best practices, data privacy standards, and Madlan’s values of transparency and trust.

What You Bring

• A proven track record of building and deploying web or mobile applications, backed by a cloud-based data repository and services (APIs).
• Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (preferred but not required)
• Experience with cloud-based services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a strong advantage.
• 3+ years of experience in product management, ideally in a tech-driven or data-centric environment.
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Clear, confident communicator—able to translate technical complexity into value and vision for non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep curiosity, bold creativity, and a true passion for transforming real estate through technology.
