What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced tech lead to join our diverse R&D group. Reporting to the R&D group leader, you will take ownership of key technical and infrastructure aspects and play a central role in shaping the architecture of our microservices-based platform. Our technology stack includes .NET Core, Node.js, Angular, React, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, RabbitMQ, and more. What will you do?

·         Technical Leadership:

Lead and mentor a team of software engineers through development cycles, code reviews, and technical challenges.

·         Architectural Leadership:

Define and own the software architecture and system design for complex projects, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

·         Infrastructure Ownership:

Take responsibility for core infrastructure components. Collaborate with the DevOps team to ensure the software architecture aligns with our internal private cloud infrastructure. Contribute to the design of scalable, secure, and resilient deployment architectures for our .NET Core and Node.js microservices, including monitoring, logging, and performance considerations.

·         Hands-on Development:

Write clean, efficient, and testable code when necessary. Provide guidance on best practices, tooling, and frameworks.

·         Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with product managers, Developers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.

·         Code and Design Reviews:

Oversee code quality and enforce architectural principles through reviews, design sessions, and pair programming - while using these interactions as opportunities to mentor and grow the technical skills of team members.

Qualifications

·       B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

·       At least 8 years of software development experience – a must.

·       At least 1–2 previous roles as a Technical Lead or Software Architect in a medium to large-sized organization.

·       Experience with modern client-side frameworks (experience in Angular - must).

·       Experience with one or more of the following technologies – .NET Core, NodeJS, Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Rabbit (good advantage).

·       Deep understanding of microservices architecture – minimum 3 years' experience.

·       DevOps background including knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and infrastructure automation.

·       Experience with DevOps technologies and automation tools.

·       Experience leading architecture processes.

·       Strong presentation and communication skills.

·       Strong sense of ownership and drive.
