DevOps Engineer

A startup in the Data and Storage space is developing an innovative software product for enterprise-scale data storage. The product helps large organizations manage massive volumes of data more efficiently, significantly reducing storage costs and improving data retrieval speed.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv (near a train line), operates with one work-from-home day per week, and employs approximately 900 people worldwide, including 300 in Israel across two development centers in Tel Aviv and Haifa.

Valued at over $9 billion, the company serves enterprise clients globally, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on DevOps work in an 8-person team, primarily coding in Python
• Manage and optimize Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and On-Prem environments
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and release/development environments (GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Automate infrastructure using IaC and manage virtualized labs
• Develop and support R&D toolchains and deployment/testing best practices
• Lead monitoring, alerting, telemetry, and logging for production services

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps
• Hands-on development experience on Linux
• Proven experience working with Cloud environments
• Experience with Kubernetes
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience from a technological military unit
