AI Automation Engineer

Role Description We are seeking a remote AI Automation Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy cutting-edge AI automation solutions that transform how our clients operate. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to understand their workflows, architect intelligent automation systems, and implement scalable solutions using the latest AI technologies. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects ranging from conversational AI systems to complex workflow automation across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI-powered automation workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or custom solutions
• Develop and integrate conversational AI systems (chatbots, voice assistants) using OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or similar APIs
• Build seamless integrations between AI systems and business tools (CRMs, helpdesks, databases, APIs)
• Troubleshoot and optimize existing automation systems for performance and reliability
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Create documentation and provide technical guidance to implementation teams
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and automation platforms

Qualifications Required:

• 2+ years of experience in automation engineering, software development, or related field
• Proficiency with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, Microsoft Power Automate, n8n)
• Experience with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Google AI, etc.)
• Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages
• Experience with API development and integration
• Knowledge of database systems and data manipulation
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication skills and ability to work directly with clients
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure)
• Background in conversational AI, NLP, or machine learning
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)
• Experience with workflow automation in business contexts
• Knowledge of webhooks, REST APIs, and system integrations
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
