Division Finance Manager – Supply Chain Division

Tnuva, Israel’s largest and most innovative food company, is seeking a Head of Finance to lead the finance operations of our Supply Chain Division. This division includes 8 logistics centers (merlogim), nationwide distribution and transportation networks, and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Member of the Finance Division Executive Team
• Member of the Supply Chain Division Executive Team
• Direct management of finance managers and analysts across logistics centers and headquarters
• Professional and managerial development of finance managers and analysts, including mentoring and succession planning
• Oversight of procurement finance and collaboration with the procurement function
• Responsibility for daily settlements with distribution customers and collection management
• Leading budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance analysis
• Driving finance transformation initiatives and change management within the Finance Division
• Initiating and driving projects to improve efficiency and profitability
• Leading business and budget preparations for ERP system transition (to SAP)
• Partnering in strategic decision-making processes within the Supply Chain Division

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing finance in operational divisions, supply chain, procurement, or logistics centers – mandatory
• Experience implementing ERP systems – SAP experience a significant advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Accounting – mandatory; Master’s degree – advantage
• Experience leading change, process improvement, and system implementations
• Experience managing multiple teams across a nationwide footprint, including finance managers and analysts
• Experience managing cross-disciplinary teams: finance managers, accountants, collectors, and analysts
• Strong budgeting, operational costing, and efficiency improvement project experience
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to drive results in a dynamic, multi-stakeholder environment
