Controller (CPA)

Location: Tel Aviv

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our

finance team. This is a key role in a fast-growing international company, ideal for someone who

thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to take ownership.

The role offers the opportunity to play a significant part in building and shaping the finance

department as the company continues to scale globally.

Requirements

● Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

● Minimum 2 years post - Big 4 experience.

● Previous experience in the retail industry - strong advantage

● Proven experience in managing others or leading financial processes

● Experience working with and overseeing external bookkeepers/accounting service

providers

● Strong command of IFRS and US GAAP - advantage

● Fluent in Hebrew and English - both spoken and written

● Hands-on experience with systems such as:

○ QuickBooks, Priority ERP, Shopify, Stripe

● Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial reporting

Key Responsibilities

● Act as the right-hand to the Head of Finance, supporting strategic and operational

financial functions

● Take an active role in building and evolving the finance department’s infrastructure,

systems, and workflows

● Lead day-to-day accounting operations and monthly closings for international

subsidiaries

● Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports for international

subsidiaries

● Oversee tax filings, compliance, and regulatory reporting

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes

● Coordinate with external auditors, bookkeepers, banks, and regulatory authorities
