• Tackle real engineering depth: design and build real-time, safety-critical software, from bare-metal C to advanced Python systems.

• Innovate with impact: work across avionics, hardware, product, and research to invent what doesn’t yet exist.
• Build for scale & resilience: performance optimization, observability, CI/CD, testing automation, security, and beyond.

• Bachelor's/Master's degree from an accredited University
• 6+ years of building and scaling complex systems.
• Expert in C and Python, with strong low-level and performance expertise.
• Proven experience leading technical projects end-to-end.
• Solid grasp of architecture, algorithms, data structures, and optimization.
• Bonus: aviation, embedded, real-time, or distributed systems background.
