A Visual AI-based startup that has developed a cutting-edge platform for customer service using AR, Computer Vision, and Conversational AI, serving global clients in telecom, insurance, and IoT.

The platform enables customers and agents to communicate visually and vocally in real time via the browser, without needing an app.

The company is located in central Israel, near a train station, and operates a hybrid model with two work-from-home days. It has around 120 employees.

Responsibility

• Lead the development of next-generation voice agents based on Conversational AI
• Manage multi-step dialogues and integrate ASR and TTS technologies
• Personalize voice behavior for service, onboarding, and support scenarios
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Integrate advanced AI models into the platform
• Work with multimodal data (voice + text + vision)
• Focus on GenAI capabilities in Voice-to-Voice interactions
• Technologies used: Python, PyTorch, TTS, ASR, Whisper, VITS, Tacotron, NLP, LangChain, Rasa, LLMs, Dialog Systems, Speech Cloning, Voice Personalization, and Multimodal A

Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Voice AI Engineer
• Strong expertise in Voice AI, specifically with GenAI methods
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master's degree is a plus
• Must have experience managing interactive human dialogues
