Sales Director

Overview:

Seeking an experienced telecom billing/revenue management sales leader to drive business development across North America, Western Europe, and Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage sales pipeline, drive deals to close.
• Develop sales/marketing strategies, materials, and event plans.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage partner/agent relationships.
• Recruit and scale a high-performing sales team.
• Promote company products and services.
• Oversee sales budget and monitor sales activities.
• Maintain positive and supportive relationships with clients.
• Fitting in with the company and its culture.
• Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
• Being willing to commit to the business for the long term.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years in telecom billing, BSS, or related sales leadership.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and partner channel development.
• Strong regional networks in target markets (Eastern Europe – an advantage).
• Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and sales execution skills.
