A stealth-mode startup developing a breakthrough product in Foundation Models and Multimodal AI. They are building one of the most advanced AI labs in Israel, including one of the largest training clusters in the country and models with 150B+ parameters for Multimodal tasks (image + language).
The company is based in Tel Aviv, near the light rail, has around 12 employees locally, and operates a flexible hybrid model (2–3 work-from-home days per week). They have raised $12.5M in a Pre-seed round.
The role is part of a strong team working on distributed training infrastructure for GPU-intensive clusters, including PyTorch DDP, Reinforcement Learning, Distributed Training, Clusters, CUDA, and building advanced pipelines in multi-node environments with hundreds of GPUs.
Requirements -
- 2+ years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer/Researcher
- Experience training on clusters with at least 50 GPUs
- Development experience in Python, Cuda, and C++
- Experience building and maintaining Data Pipelines
