Embedded Firmware Engineer – Team Lead

A leading-edge programmable power supply developer and manufacturer is looking for a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to join their R&D team.

This role combines technical leadership, project management, and hands-on firmware development for human interfaces, digital signal processing, and display systems, across current and next-generation products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of firmware engineers.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality firmware for advanced microcontrollers, including multi-core architectures.
• Work across multidisciplinary domains: human-machine interfaces, communication protocols, feedback control loops, and digital signal analysis.
• Utilize cutting-edge lab equipment: oscilloscopes, waveform generators, protocol analyzers, logic analyzers, and more.
• Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with diverse technical challenges.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in embedded firmware development.
• At least 3 years in a firmware team leadership role.
• B.Sc. or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in English (high level).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience programming ARM multi-core processors.
• Familiarity with commercial and industrial communication protocols (RS232/485, USB, LAN, EtherCAT, EtherNet/IP, Modbus, etc.).
• Expertise in designing and implementing digital feedback loops.
