Frontend Team Lead

A profitable Cybersecurity Startup, currently a Unicorn, is developing a system that allows developers to easily integrate advanced biometric authentication techniques such as fingerprint, selfie, voice, or SMS into applications.

The company has two main products: a core B2B user verification platform sold to leading global banks and insurance companies, and a SaaS product with the same capabilities tailored for smaller businesses.

The company is headquartered in Tel Aviv (near a train line), operates in a hybrid model with two work-from-home days, and employs 300 people globally (145 in Israel)

Responsibility-

• Manage a team of 1 Frontend developer (Israel) and 3 Full-Stack developers (Poland)
• 50% hands-on development
• Report directly to the Group Manager
• Develop an application that centralizes all company product capabilities
• Work on systems serving both internal and external customers
• Tech stack: React, Node.js (partial), PostgreSQL

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Team Leader.
• 3 years of experience as a Senior software engineer.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience in Web application stacks - React / Node.js.
• Proven ability to lead large cross projects from ideation to production
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and a context-switching environment.
