What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in recruitment (bonus points for real success stories 😉)
• High-level English – mandatory (spoken, reading, and writing)
• Full command of all recruitment, sourcing, and onboarding stages – from talent search to new-hire integration
• Ability to work at a fast pace under pressure
• Positive energy, efficiency, and excellent interpersonal skills

The role includes:

• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes for diverse, unique positions
• Working closely with hiring managers
• End-to-end responsibility for the entire process
