We work in Micro Squads — small, autonomous teams that operate like startups. Each squad has a single KPI, weekly launch cycles, and full ownership of outcomes.

As a Product Manager (aka "EIR" Entrepreneur-In-Residence), you will step into a founder-like role, taking end-to-end ownership of a product line (an “agent”). You’ll be responsible for the lifecycle — from vision, ideation, and design, through development, launch, and KPI impact.

This isn’t a backlog-shuffling PM role. It’s a mini-CEO role where you’ll drive outcomes, not just deliverables

• Own a KPI: Focus your squad on one measurable business outcome tied directly to company growth.
• Full Product Lifecycle Ownership: Define specs, design solutions, work with developers, and launch weekly.
• Rapid Iteration: Ship impactful features every week, measure outcomes, and pivot fast.
• Strategic Thinking: Use data and storytelling to align leadership and teammates on why a feature will move the KPI.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Gather insights from customers, leadership, and peers to refine priorities.
• AI-First Execution: Leverage AI tools for research, design, and testing to maximize speed and impact
• Transparency & Reporting: Present your squad’s progress weekly to the company and monthly to leadership.
• Retention-Driven Product Building: Ensure features compound value over time by contributing to long-term engagement loops
