Role responsibilities
- Manage and guide the project team throughout all stages of the project
- Oversee engineering and managerial aspects, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule are met
- Coordinate with contractors, clients, and other parties according to the project stages
- Ensure project execution follows the planned schedule and meets required standards
- Handle communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in the project
- A dynamic and challenging role with opportunities for learning, training, advancement, and growth within the organization!
- Registered Civil Engineer – mandatory
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects in execution/supervision
- Experience in planning (advantage)
- Experience in managing work teams
- Proactive and highly organized
- Ability to lead clients effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems – mandatory
