CONTROL AND MONITORING SYSTEM COORDINATOR

Role responsibilities

• Implementing new workflow processes within the internal organizational system
• Creating internal monitoring reports and managerial reports
• Participating in professional forums
• Managing a system for addressing issues within the system
• Developing monitoring plans for projects
• Supporting system implementation on-site
• Interacting with various interfaces within the organization
  
  

• Bachelor’s degree (required)
• Two years of experience working in an organization (required)
• Proficiency in OFFICE, with a strong focus on EXCEL
• Experience working in a control room – significant advantage
• Process-oriented thinking, analysis skills, tracking, and monitoring
• Technological orientation and the ability to learn quickly
• High service orientation, excellent communication skills, and interpersonal relations
