As the Portfolio Solutions Director, you will lead the creation of innovative, multi-product solutions that leverage the strengths of each product line to address the complex and evolving needs of governments/agencies in turning the unknown to known. This role requires an experienced product-oriented leader with a deep understanding of customer value creation, “better-together” solution design, exceptional collaboration skills, and a keen ability to drive cross-functional initiatives. Previous experience in the government /security domain an advantage.

As a Cognyter you will:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for integrating Cognyte’s product lines into cohesive, multi-product solutions that meet the unique needs of government security units.
• Solution Design: Lead the design of integrated solutions and their intended use-cases, leveraging the capabilities of each product, ensuring interoperability and enhanced functionality.
• Customer Engagement: Engage with key customer personas (buyers, users, decision-makers) for need discovery, solution validation and active promotion.
• Go-to-market (GTM) Design: Define effective GTM avenues (direct & indirect), develop and articulate compelling value propositions, pricing strategies and offering/packaging options.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, R&D teams, sales, marketing, and external stakeholders to understand requirements, gather insights, and drive the development of innovative solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the government security domain, and use this information to inform solution development.
• Project Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-portfolio projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with strategic goals.
• Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the exploration of new technologies, methodologies, and best practices.
  
  

• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, solution design & strategy, or a related role. Specific experience within the government/security domain a significant advantage.
• Leadership: Proven track record of driving cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives. Strong influence abilities.
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of data analytics systems, architectures, technologies and protocols. Expertise in government/security/operations domain an advantage
• GTM strategies & sales enablement – hands on experience with building crisp value-propositions and customer-facing pitches – for solution validation and solution rollout
• Experience working with & presenting to C level executives
