We are seeking an experienced and visionary PMO (Project Management Office) Manager to lead and oversee high-impact organizational transformation projects across the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will bring at least 5 years of proven experience in project management, with a deep understanding of organizational change, information systems transformation, and corporate culture evolution.
This role requires both strategic and hands-on capabilities: from engaging with senior stakeholders to shaping cross-organizational processes, to executing agile transformation initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of organizational transformation projects across various departments and business units.
- Collaborate directly with C-level executives and senior leadership to map, define and refine strategic business processes.
- Identify cross-organizational inefficiencies, define gaps, and lead initiatives to improve processes using best practices and transformation methodologies.
- Oversee the integration of IT systems, organizational culture initiatives, and business workflows into a unified, agile transformation strategy.
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics to track progress and impact.
- Drive innovation and accelerate adaptability across the organization, improving time-to-market, Business Growth, competitiveness, and overall operational agility.
- Develop and maintain a centralized PMO framework, ensuring consistency, transparency, and alignment with corporate goals.
- 5+ years of experience in PMO roles within large corporate environments.
- Demonstrated success in leading end-to-end organizational transformation initiatives (technological and cultural).
- Strong understanding of enterprise-wide business processes, with the ability to analyze, redesign, and implement improvements effectively.
- Proven ability to engage with and influence senior executives and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile methodologies, digital transformation, and enterprise change management.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages a plus.
- Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, Scrum Master).
- Background in enterprise IT, digital platforms, Business Applications, Characterization, or consulting roles.
- Familiarity with KPIs, OKRs, and performance measurement systems.
