As a Procurement Manager at XM Cyber, you will...

Lead global sourcing for Technology categories, with a hands-on, proactive approach
Manage key supplier relationships and lead negotiations, including full ownership of the end-to-end sourcing and contracting process
Provide contractual insight, review terms, and drive contract optimization in collaboration with Legal and Finance
Evaluate, identify, and mitigate commercial and operational risks with business stakeholders, and develop opportunities for continuous improvement
Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from IT, Finance, Legal, Security, and other business units to align procurement strategies with company objectives
This is a 50% (half-time) role — ideal for candidates seeking a flexible schedule while gaining hands-on experience in a top-tier tech company.

Requirements:

To be a Procurement Manager at XM Cyber, you need…
2+ years of experience in Indirect Technology Procurement within a global organization
Strong experience negotiating software licensing agreements and working with IT integrators and resellers
Familiarity with vendors and tools in the Information Technology and Cybersecurity domains
Hands-on experience with procurement and finance tools such as Zip, NetSuite, and similar systems - an advantage.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
