Quality Assurance Manager – Leading Pharmaceutical Company

A leading pharmaceutical company is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage quality operations at the production site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all quality systems at the production site in compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, Ministry of Health, FDA, EMA).
• Lead internal and external audits and prepare for regulatory inspections.
• Handle quality events, deviations, investigations, and customer complaints.
• Oversee trend analysis, prepare reports, and drive continuous improvement processes.
• Manage and lead a team of approximately 6 employees in QA, QC, documentation, and related functions.
• Collaborate closely with production, operations, regulatory, and R&D departments.

Requirements:

• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Manager in the pharmaceutical industry – mandatory.
• Proven experience in people management – mandatory.
• Solid knowledge in leading audits, writing SOPs, and preparing quality reports.
• High-level English (spoken and written).
