We are searching for the best talent for SQA Team Leader to be in Yokneam.

Responsbilities

• Supervises individual contributors and/or supervisors, ensuring effective performance management.
• Coordinates processes and assignments for team members to achieve QA/Test Engineering goals.
• Advises team on debugging tools and resources to optimize QA activities.
• Oversees QA operations to ensure team members utilize necessary information to meet project timelines, deliverables, and expectations of the company and clients.
• Provides guidance on policies and procedures to ensure compliance and organizational objectives are met.
• Manages operational aspects of the team, including workflow, performance, and compliance.
• Ensures the team achieves goals within expected standards.
• Applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in daily interactions with the team
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer in a multi-disciplinary products company (large-medium scale)
• At least 2 years of experience as SQA team leader
• Proven strong background in QA methodologies and practices, knowledge, and experience in writing formal test documents.
• Experience testing medical devices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex issues
• B.Sc./B.A. degree in computer science/engineering or a related discipline – an advantage
• Certification in software testing (ISTQB) – an advantage
• Great interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and ability to motivate others
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize, plan, organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Performs well under pressure
• Fluent English – Oral, written
