Location: Weizmann Science Park, Ness-Ziona
🧪 About the Role
A leading company specializing in coatings and adhesives for the photonics industry is looking for a qualified individual to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Support Manager.
🔧 Responsibilities
- Provide customer support to engineers and scientists in North America, Europe, and the Far East
- Capability to understand customer requirements and to understand the properties of our materials.
- Maintain ongoing communication with our internal technical team
- Taking part in marketing activities
- Organize and represent the company at international trade fairs
- Maintain and improve the company's website
- Promote our products in our target markets
🎓 Qualifications
- Formal education in Business Administration/Marketing/Economics/Finances
- Background in Chemistry or Materials Engineering is an advantage.
- Fluent English-excellent verbal and written communication skills - candidates will be tested on their English level during the recruitment process
- Experience in international technical sales and customer support is an advantage
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally
