About the role:

You’ll be joining the core engineering team with massive ownership, shaping infrastructure, distributed architecture, and AI-powered systems from the ground up.

Core requirements:

• 4+ years of backend/system engineering in production environments
• Deep experience with distributed systems, networking, and databases
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability stacks
• Proficient in Python
• Experience with pub/sub systems (Kafka, MQTT)

Big pluses:

• Experience with AI inference frameworks (Triton, TensorRT, ONNX)
• Knowledge of LLM integration, RAG, agent frameworks
• Scalable stream processing for video data
• GPU/edge/real-time system experience
• Background in security, defense, or government tech
