Responsibilities:
End-to-end development of Machine Learning and NLP models
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including product managers, analysts, and fellow data scientists
Opportunities to explore and implement cutting-edge GenAI, RAG, and LLM technologies
Requirements:
A relevant academic degree
1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Data Scientist
Proven experience in NLP, including work with Transformers and BERT
Experience deploying models to production environments
Strong command of Python and SQL
Sharp analytical thinking and the ability to clearly communicate insights
Bonus points for experience with GenAI, LLMs, and RAG
Prior experience as a Data Analyst – a plus
