Part-Time Contract Attorney (Israel)

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Contract Attorney based in Israel on a contract basis. This role is ideal for a self-motivated individual who excels at contract review and can provide valuable support on various corporate legal matters.

Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts, primarily focusing on Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (MNDAs), AdTech-related contracts, and Master Service Agreements (MSAs).
• Assist with diverse corporate legal matters, offering support and guidance as needed.
• Ensure timeliness and strong attention to detail in all legal tasks.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited US law school is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in contract law and corporate legal matters.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
• Strong detail-orientation and analytical skills.
