Solution & system Architect –Backend

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution and System Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead the solution end-to-end for the AT&T flagship app, focusing on client-side standards based on React Native. You will drive technological enablers, define both functional and non-functional requirements, and work closely with business, product, and development teams to set and maintain high standards for the mobile app.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the solution end-to-end, from planning to production, with a focus on the AT&T React Native app
• Collaborate with business and product managers to prepare and refine business requirements
• Define and ensure adherence to non-functional requirements such as performance, security, resiliency, scalability, and operability
• Design innovative, valid, and implementable solutions aligned with client-side standards
• Guide the discovery team alongside the product manager and integrate with the Scrum team
• Support the development team with detailed design, implementation options, tools, libraries, patterns, and best practices specific to React Native
• Optimize processes and serve as the focal point for technological enablers
• Act as a trusted customer advocate, helping organizations adopt advanced solutions and migrate existing workloads
• Drive discussions with a wide range of customer personnel from enterprise architects to developers regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in data architecture, system architecture, or related technical roles.
• Strong hands-on experience designing and implementing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines using industry-standard tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Informatica etc ..)
• Deep understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data governance best practices.
• Proven experience with data integration, data migration, and building scalable data solutions.
• Experience designing and deploying cloud-based data and AI solutions, preferably on Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, architecture patterns, and practical deployment in production environments.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models into data pipelines and operational systems.
• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and privacy considerations in data and AI architectures.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for business stakeholders.

• Familiarity with Azure data services, including (but not limited to):
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Synapse Analytics
• Azure SQL Database
• Azure Data Lake Storage
• Azure Databricks
• Azure Machine Learning
• Azure Cognitive Services
• Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer, Azure AI Engineer).
• Experience with other cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and hybrid/cloud data architectures.
• Familiarity with MLOps and DevOps practices for data and AI solutions.
• Experience with real-time/streaming data solutions (e.g., Azure Stream Analytics, Kafka).
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) in data/AI workloads.
