About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Operations Generalist to join our TLV office on a temporary basis (maternity cover, 9–12 months). This is a dynamic and highly cross-functional role at the heart of our company’s day-to-day operations. You'll support teams, optimize processes, and keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years as a startup's first/early ops hire.
• Strong, independent operator with broad cross-functional fluency.
• Excellent communication in both English and Hebrew.
• Hands-on experience with compliance, finance ops, and legal coordination- advantage
• Strong operational experience: Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational processes across multiple domains
• Project management skills: Experience in coordinating cross-functional initiatives and maintaining project timelines
• Communication excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to interface with stakeholders at all levels
• Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and processes
• Attention to detail: Meticulous approach to documentation, compliance, and process management.

What You’ll Be Doing

Operational Support

• Office & Facilities - Manage the daily office environment and ensure it runs efficiently and comfortably. Own workspace layout, safety, and maintenance.
• Travel - Oversee the process from the approval point through logistical support, tracking budgets versus actuals and ensuring compliance with the internal travel policy.
• Basic IT support - We need a Tech-savvy and confident individual with tools like G-Suite, Slack, Notion, etc. for basic support, access management, and more.
• Collaborate across company teams to align and support business operations.
• Manage vendor relationships - from onboarding and contract coordination to invoice processing and timely payments, ensuring alignment with internal policies and budget.
• Project tracking, reporting, and execution.
• Identify and help implement process improvements.
• Maintain clear documentation and support internal communications.
• Support end-of-month financial close, including reviewing transactions, tracking outstanding vendor payments, and preparing reporting summaries.

People Ops Support

• Assist with pre-onboarding and offboarding logistics
• Coordinate internal events (e.g., Lunch orders, All Hands, Team Gatherings (on-sites, off-sites).
• Support planned PPL initiatives.
